Christmas puds and mince pies have been on the shelves of Sainsbury’s since September so this message is a bit behind the times. Our Christmas meeting will be on 14th December, when we can enjoy the delights of a Ken and Gill fiendish quiz, DJ Lesley’s choice of festive tunes, a raffle, soft drinks and snacks. In addition to the monthly competition, some of the the annual competitions will be judged. So bring along any coin or artefact that has achieved first or second place in the monthly comps, plus eyes only finds from club sites that have been entered in the monthly competition. Small contributions to the snacks, sweet or savoury, would be welcome. As would any additions to the raffle table – but not that prize you won last year that is out of date/not been opened yet etc.
Please, please let me know if you are coming and if bringing wife/partner/boyfriend/girlfriend/kids – or all of the above.
