We are hoping for a good turn out for our Christmas meeting on 11th December – and to avoid last year’s cancellation.
We will be judging the following competitions: Coin of the Year; Artefact of the Year; Eyes Only. Coins and artefacts placed first and second in the monthly competitions are eligible for entry. All last year’s winners (other than any sites) – please return your trophies, in the same highly polished condition in which they were presented.
Some snacks and non alcoholic drinks will be provided. You may like to bring some food to add to the table and your own alcohol should you wish to imbibe. There will be a raffle. If you have any donations to add to the already heavily laden prize table please search drinks cabinets and food cupboards for those hidden gems. Non edible items also welcome. As if all that was not enough – Ken will be formulating one of his fiendish quizzes to get your brain working.
Feel free to bring the other half, girlfriend, boyfriend – or all of them.
You should also receive an invitation by email from Tim but I would ask you to respond to me in order that I know how many bags of crisps to get from Sainsbury’s.
