Important Notice to LEGISE:NCMD(SR) Members
Dear member,
It is with regret that I am writing to you about a serious matter concerning the NCMD.
I have a duty to inform members that the officers of LEGISE:NCMD Southern region and three other regions, are in a serious dispute with the national executive officers of the NCMD over apparent breaches of the Constitution. The Constitution is a legally binding document to protect all our members interests in the management of the organisation.
Having so far been unable to resolve matters at committee level, the four regions have agreed to a mediation process and will report the outcome in due course.
